Michael Williams, Policy Director, has been at the Child Abuse Prevention Center and supporting CFRA since 2017. His prior work has included disability services, kin caregiver and foster system alumni support, and childcare referrals and subsidies. Having lived and/or worked in LA, the Sierra foothills, Santa Clara, San Francisco, the East Bay, Napa, and Sacramento, Michael considers all of California to be his home.

Victoria Hartman is the CFRA Program Manager and has been in her role for 3 years. Shehas worked for the Child Abuse Prevention Center since 2016 in various other positions. She has over 10 years of experience in direct service and Family Resource Center collaboration. She previously worked at domestic violence shelters and managed a Sexual Assault Response Team in Sacramento County. Victoria has a Master's degree in Public Health, with a focus on community health education, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Spanish. Victoria is also a Certified Lactation Counselor and is passionate about supporting new parents with lactation. She lives in Sacramento with her husband, daughter, and pets, and enjoys playing bass guitar and singing vocals for local bands. 

Aleena Mendoza is the newest CFRA team member and is our Family Resource Center Networks Project Manager. She previously worked at a Rape Crisis Center where she provided confidential support to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and sex trafficking in Sacramento County. Aleena has experience in providing facilitations of LGBTQ+ inclusive and trauma-informed prevention education to K-12 students, community members, and organizations throughout Sacramento. Aleena received two Bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Davis in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, & Women's Studies. Outside of work, they can be found exploring new coffee shops, enjoying hiking trails, and trying new cozy activities surrounded by the company of their partner and 15 year old cat, Daisy!  

Brittany Zufelt is an experienced professional with a strong background in administration and customer service. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of organizational processes, client relations, and problem-solving, contributing to the smooth operation of various businesses. Currently, Brittany serves as a Program Coordinator at CFRA, where she plays a pivotal role in managing community outreach initiatives, coordinating program logistics, and ensuring the effective delivery of services. Brittany is passionate about making a positive impact and thrives in environments that combine organizational efficiency with a commitment to helping others.
