The San Joaquin Partnership and The Foundation Consortium developed the tools and materials in this Results Oriented Community Change (ROCC) guide for use in Southeast Stockton. Any entity that wishes to implement ROCC is welcome to use and adapt these materials, providing you cite the sources. There are seven stages in the ROCC process. The purpose and milestones of each stage is given along with approximate times, sample agendas, charts and tools. Each stage has tips for implementation. Results Oriented Community Change implementation process may require less time for others if the tools in this guide are helpful.
