How to Get the Most Out of Your CFRA Membership

  2. Make sure you and your staff sign up for our enewsletter by clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of any page on CFRA's website.
  3. Invite a representative from your organization to join our monthly Policy Committee webinars so you can actively engage in policy discussion with CFRA, and provide input and recommendations regarding CFRA’s policy agenda (including budget priorities and legislation.) Send us the name and email address of your representative so we may invite them to our monthly committee calls.
  4. Participate in discussions and share resources with your peers from across the state via CFRA’s online Member Forum. Log in at:
  5. Add the CFRA logo to your website or business cards to show you’re a member of our association. You can access the logo from the resources tab in CFRA's Member Forum.
  6. View CFRA’s Advocacy Toolkit. It’s an interactive resource designed to help CFRA members create vibrant communities that put children and families first. These tools were designed to guide FRCs through a range of advocacy strategies that are both highly effective and 100% legal for nonprofits. Access the toolkit at
  7. Attend CFRA’s Capitol Day events. Participate in Q&A sessions with state legislators, hear the latest policy developments, and share your vision for children and families with key decision makers. You’ll also receive tools and training to create and deliver your own informational packets to your representatives in the Capitol, and to conduct your own legislative visits in your home district.
