A new report from the California Budget Project (CBP) takes an in-depth look at Governor Brown's proposed cuts to CalWORKs, the state's welfare-to-work program. CFRA Facilitates Briefing on CA Reducing Disparities Project, Positions Members Around MHSA Funds

The California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) is one of five statewide Prevention & Early Intervention (PEI) projects funded by Proposition 63, the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Five population-specific reports on mental health disparities among five underserved racial, ethnic, and cultural communities will inform the creation of a $60 million plan to transform California's mental health system. Does your FRC provide services to these populations? As CFRA works to position Members around new MHSA funding opportunities, we encourage you to review and comment on these plans, and consider where your FRC fits into this project!
